The Fourth Annual Stockton Big Valley Black Expo

The Fourth Annual Stockton Big Valley Black Expo will feature entertainment, workshops, seminars, and exhibitors on wealth, homeownership, health, a tribute to the First Ladies of the Church, the African American Women?s Summit, the Education Expo and the America Back to Work Career Faire. Join us as we help Stockton get back to work in this cultural festival celebrating unity, progress and opportunity in a fun filled atmosphere for the entire family.

Spring Art and Gift Fair

The fair is Tuesday, March 13 and Wednesday, March 14 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.

This two-day fair features: Mark cosmetics and skin care Mary Kay cosmetics and skin care, Creative Memories- scrapbooks and supplies, Tupperware, Jewelry: gemstones, pendants, necklaces, earrings, bracelets of different designs, including inspirations from Tiffany Co, Juicy, Chanel and more loose stones and pendants, children?s jewelry, vintage jewelry as well as brands like Stella and Dot, Cookie Lee, Silpada and Lia Sophia, Accessories like handbags, wallets, small leather goods, belts, Aroma Lamps, Handcrafted soaps, body butter and bath products (www.magicsenses.com ), Pampered Chef, Swarovski crystal flip-flops, Peruvian-made children?s sweaters, Books, including ?Old Man of the Mountains? with the author Brookelea Heintz Lutton, who will be present (http://www.golddustpublishing.com/ ), Singing Bells from Nepal, Handmade felt items like slippers, bags, blankets, Natural fiber scarves and clothing, Pomegranate jams and jellies, Critter caps and animal hats, Home made candles and bath salts, Sewn leather items and More!

2012 Earth Day Festival

The 24th Annual Stockton Earth Day Festival in Stockton will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Victory Park, behind the Haggin Museum. Free admission.

This is the premiere environmental education event in the valley with interactive exhibits and demonstrations, live local entertainment, fun learning activities and much more.
